Welcome to the Lehigh Valley Heritage Museum headquarters of the Lehigh County Historical Society.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to technology upgrades to our air conditioning HVAC systems in the Research Library, the system will not be operational during the week of Monday, August 15 through Friday, August 19th. These upgrades will ultimately make our climate-controlled system more reliable and energy efficient.
With this long anticipated repair work scheduled, we must close the Research Library for the days this work is being conducted. If the upgrade work takes longer than anticipated, we will post the change on our website. Please check the website or call 610-435-1074 to find out if the Research Library is open for visitation. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The Lehigh Valley Heritage Museum is open to visitation on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The Museum is closed on Sunday and Monday.
The Research Library is open for visitation on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Friday visitation must be scheduled.
